@@viewer9686 I don't think there's a chance for Charice to ever make a comeback.. even if her voice was exactly as it was before, most people don't really want to see or hear a man singing Whitney Houston or Celine Dion songs. So he is now trying Rock-and-Roll music, but I personally don't believe that's going to work. People want to see Charice, not Jake, belting out the biggest songs ever written that only a few in the world would even attempt to sing!

Quite an unbelievable talent and performance. At her peak, as in this video, Charice Pempengco was the BEST singer in the world for these type of songs and I say that as a person who is English. The most powerful and amazing voice ever and unlike MOST singers in this day and age, all done with NO autotune or tricks, completely natural in her prime.

I have come back to watch this video a dozen times and every time...the transition from being a guest who walks across the stage from talking to Ellen and in seconds delivers this blistering version of this great song. Nothing and I mean nothing prepares you for the sheer vocal power of this dynamic performer! I mean she is like a rocket powered musical note! Wow!

You know, there are a lot of Charice Pempengo here in the Philippines that are kept unnoticed. If I were a music producer I would go here to the Philippines, just stay for a week, and go to amusement centers where there are Karaoke for public and you might drop your jaw by the talented singers here.

agree yet nobody can deliver the way Charice can.. She's just oozing with self-confidence and charisma. very unusual for a simple girl from cabuyao laguna, who landed 1st time in the US and who's not even fluent in english at that time
