Thats for any man. Charleston White held it down in the hood and people really dont mistreat him just people online talking. Primetime couldve stayed with HBCUs and set a standard. So I don't blame him for leaving Jackson now bc of what he was dealing with in the community. Until we get to a point of telling on these crumb snatching cats in the community instead of throwing up the stupid saying of not snitching. Ppl in Jackson should've rallied around him n protected him n the fam if we wanted him to stay there

I get what the brother is saying, but who is he or any of us to say what that man should do for us. Dieon has had celebrities come out to JSU and show support before Dieon I can’t remember the last time a JSU game was hype as they were; so this whole narrative of taking away support from our schools is reaching a bit. Also if you actually played the game, you’d realize most coaches leave eventually for a better career opportunity and any athlete would agree. However his overall message about what we support still stands as correct, but to wish that much ill will towards any decent man/father is not warranted.

I don't agree with wishing hurt and harm on any person especially our people. However when we are talking about numbers and the revenue that is being made with white schools or white anything is a problem. That is the problem we don't expect anything from each other when actually we should. The Arab community does not feel the same nor does the China man feel the same towards their own communities. We are the only people who have this mind set which in returns hurts us on a larger scale than we imagine. I back this with if we never thought about community Tulsa would have never existed, Rosewood, the successful community in Durham North Carolina

Coz it's definitely NOT about making hbcu's better anymore. Hell! More celebrities showed up for CO than Jackson state. #hbcus has since been abandoned. He calls out the BS.
