Can someone explain why Charlie Chaplin is still funny and still people watch his? Honestly I never laughed watching his comedy scenes. I can understand, back in silent era, he was the best. But, in 21st century. laughing at someone who falls by slipping a banana. I really can't laugh at those. I don't know if it's my perspective. Correct me if I am wrong

Saw this film 3 years ago in the Piazza Centrale in Bologna at their annual film festival. It was accompanied by a live pianist. 3000 people watching. It's one of the funniest, most affecting films I've ever seen. Charlie Chaplin was a stone-cold genius.

It reminds me of Bruce Lee in the early 1970's but yet he destroyed the multi mirrors. Not has much change back then multi mirrors, moving floors, mechanical man or people, etc. I went to a house of mirrors, I hit my head as well.
