Dyslexia actually gets worse over age. There is actually a huge connection between substance abuse and Dyslexia. Although it is also labeled the genius gene; Because people like Albert Einstein and most billionaires suffer from some form of dyslexia. Meanwhile most people think you are stupid. 1 & 10 people suffer from dyslexia, although most who have it don't realize it. I didn't find out until I was 28 because I excelled in sports so everyone thought I was lazy in school, but I was on the deans list with a 4.0 in software development in college because it dyslexic people Excell in computer science... but I'm also a Poly Drug abuser and functioning alcoholic & Nootropic Researcher now. *Catch 22*

I'm dyslexic and Autistic and because of this I can decipher things most people can't but also can't decipher paperwork most people CAN. I have yet to encounter a madman's ramblings where I couldn't make out what they were trying to convey. When I type I'm fine, but when I handwrite things I may as well be illiterate.

I like the idea that Charlie just doesn't fully understand English but is completely literate in Irish. 🇮🇪 It explains a lot, maybe he learned Irish when he was little and started learning English later and with him constantly sniffing glue and spray paint his learning was affected, even leaving him a little dyslexic. It looks like a drawing of a pair of jeans, a plus sign and a chicken. I still recall the imagery in my head as Dee was saying it the first time I watched it. Then they showed the picture, and I was on the floor! It is equally as funny now, even though I have watched it dozens of time. I've even paused it just to look at the various doodlings. I would love to see everything Charlie has doodled for the show, the Nightman Cometh lyrics, the Gang Runs for Office speech, the art in Dennis Reynolds: An Erotic Life, I mean everything. Just imagining him actually drawing all of that for the show is funny for some reason!

In case anyone is interested, he appears on The Young Turks from time to time. Just search "Brian Unger TYT". I didn't know this but apparently he's been a commentator for NPR, host for the Discovery Channel, and a correspondent on The Daily Show. He's a great guy and very funny.

The lawyer is such a great character. The actor really executes his lines flawlessly. He just gets better as the show goes on but don’t challenge him to a duel.
