Older people don’t have variety in news. They usually watch mainstream. I asked my mom what she thought of the debate. She said it’s too bad Biden has a cold. Same with my mother in law. They just don’t have research capability. They also never experienced what my nephew in law has with his parents moving to US from Cuba. He knows what’s going on in the country because his family lived it.

Unless they have memory or mental issues, Baby Boomers have no excuse. We have MUCH more time to learn for ourselves what the truth is, but some people refuse to open their eyes to the truth that this country is now led by people who are AGAINST God, and that leadership is WILFULLY self-destructing at the behest of the WEF. Boomers don't like the world we live in today, so they take the cowardly route, close their eyes and ears, and pretend that everything is just fine. It is FAR from fine.

I’ve said it before-Johnson was threatened by RINOS and Democrats that they would vote Jeffries into the position of Speaker of the House if he didn’t fund the Ukraine and more spending bill. We’d be worse off.

There likely is more behind decisions than what we see or know, and God has ultimate control. “ALL things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” The important thing is where each of us stands with God.

Charlie’s comments about Speaker Mike Johnson reminds of what many Christians have said about the sins of human frailty. There have been many conservative Christians who have let us down when in power. We can only look at biblical examples of this. Judas who betrayed Our Lord. I'm a Boomer ( 1952 ) and feel almost nothing in common with the prototype of what Boomers are supposed to be. I have far more in common with my parents' generation. I'm sure Kirk opposes racism. I don’t trust Jack Hibbs anymore because he defends Mike Johnson. No one is perfect, but the blatant lies Johnson has told, and his duplicitous actions show his true character . If Hibbs really was his friend he would call him out on it. It gives me no pleasure to say this, I thought Jack was a man of integrity. The same for Franklin Graham.

Blaming Mike Johnson is not the right. He is the product of those who chose him to replace the previous Speaker of the house. It's those who elected him and proposed his name for the post, who have to bear the responsibility. Similarly, the government we elect is the product of every voters' decision. So voters must accept the full blame (responsibility) for the government that gets elected. Each and everyone who votes in a given State-sponsored election must bear the guilt as well as the praise for the government and reps. they elect.
