I would love to have a t-shirt that says. Facts don't care about your feelings. I know three people that would have a meltdown whenever they see it. They are at my house usually every couple days. I was having a back and forth with a lady who was saying, yes let them compete, it doesn't hurt anything. And I was trying to explain why it wasn't fair and could tell she just wasn't getting it. Finally I had to say, it isn't like 4 year old kids who won't let one kid play because they don't like that one kid...it is high level competition that these people have trained their whole life to achieve and now they are being forced to compete against someone who is cheating (taking scholarships and championships and positions on teams, playing time away). She still tried to say "but they don't win everything all the time so it doesn't matter." So I told her, I have competed in over 500 running competitions and have won about 40 of them, 1st overall male. Had I competed as a woman, I would have won over 400 of them, first overall female. Taking 400 trophies/awards from someone who was deserving and who had trained and sweated to be there. And that is just at a low level, charity or hobby type run. When that sunk in, she was finally quiet.

Back in the late `80's, the United States got all bent out of shape due to Apartheid in South Africa; a governmental system wherein the small percentage White minority dictated all the standards of laws and behaviors. What it looks like we're now having here in the United States is a small minority dictating all standards of sports and education. Personally? I can't wait for the decisions before the International Olympic Committee. Will Thomas be allowed to compete as a woman (I *seriously* doubt it) and if not, will the US Olympic Committee block US female athletes from participating... IF the US Olympic Committee does block US female athletes from participating in order to "Protest" on behalf of Thomas, I think things will get *very* interesting... (BTW: my expectation is that the IOC will disallow Thomas from participating as a woman after blood chemistry tests will show a hormone level with excessive quantities of male hormones in Thomas's blood, but that's just a guess on my part. What do y'all think?)

A girl was the only one left standing on her team during a school sports game. The other team had two boys left on theirs. She competed in this game in front of a gym class with the two boys jeering at her. At that point, the only goal in her mind was to take out one of the boys aggressively in the game and she did. When girls compete with boys it automatically comes with a survivalist mentality for the girls.

It's in the DSM as an actual mental disorder. Which means the person needs therapy instead of being affirmed in their disorder.
