Huge congratulations to her!!! I’m in school for education and am experiencing the same thing. It is so, so hard to constantly be forced to write and be tested on my professors point of view. They are literally destroying America will all this indoctrination.

As a retired RN, I can identify with that however there are too many people who never learned anything in highschool and an informed communicator is very important in nursing.

With that being said, try taking classes that only push white supremacy, unlimited amount of genders, enforcing having pornography books in elementary schools, etc. I just took a children’s literature course, which should have been a very helpful course for a future educator, but instead all we discussed was those things I mentioned and the teacher stated to our class that “If a parent asks that their child not read certain books, regardless of the material or how graphic it may be, then a good teacher will sneak them to that child and push those books more to them, and just hope that they don’t get caught by the parents. And a good administration at the school will back those teachers up.” The amount of useless classes we have to take to get a degree these days, on top of the amount of indoctrination that goes on in these classes, is absolutely insane!

@@KaylaCorrine17That kind of thinking is literally - BRAND - new though as far as everything being held up to the light of judgement and all that goes now… we didn’t have that at all when I was in school (high school anyway, didn’t go to college) just went straight to work) and we had nothing but the utmost respect for not just the teachers who actually wanted to teach, but to pretty much anyone older than us who was willing to guide us without making us feel like they were holding our hands the whole way (something practically extinct in educators now). Whereas these days, people go to college and think they have what it takes to correct the teachers on the first day because of things they’ve read off google or something, and so it’s forced the kinds of good educators out the door because they will likely be fired anyway for having an opinion that doesn’t line up with all the people crying ‘victim’ when something doesn’t go their way, and everyone who stepped in to fill the void we’re all the people absolutely desperate to be in a position of authority so they could spout their rhetoric and change the next generations way of thinking in the most passively underhanded way, but getting to look good because they’re a teacher and ‘everyone LOVES teachers, riiiight?!?’ 😀🤛 It’s why college is useless NOW… but it certainly wasn’t for a long, long time because it taught you how to act, and how to accept the real world without getting hurt and scared by everything, and allowed you to grow a thicker skin, but college campuses are so nerfed now that students are too scared to learn about the real world and need to be spoon fed with emotional placation, and so few students actually do want to go to college to learn these days and prepare themselves for the real world, they just think they were all put on this earth to change it, and that apparently just means being a victim of everything and blaming white men like myself who have spent 36 years trying to be the best person I could be, but am simply the problem now because I belong to a race that did some bad shit a couple hundred years ago lol… something apparently no other race can claim… 🤷🏻‍♂️ So you can see why college is being seen as much less useful now when its purpose is no longer to take in, educate, prepare and then propel… now it’s just catch, brainwash, indoctrinate, heat and mould to a political agenda and release. My dad didn’t go to college and he was a president and ceo from the age of like 40 on. I didn’t go to college and so it was the trades for me, but damned if I live in a world I can work my way up to a CEO’s position without a plethora of different degrees now. At the end of the day, college is nothing but what society demands of it at the time. Which just makes those who do actually want to go and learn and better themselves for their future that much cooler than those who to expecting to be the next historical figure who changed society cuz they were the most pissed about it lol. I’m very much a centrist and can tell you there are good people on both sides. You probably only watch content on KZfaq that adheres to your own biases, and wanting to see the ‘other side’ in a demonizing light, because that’s what many people need to justify being on the side they’re on when they don’t have much of a ‘political tongue’ to speak with. Hatred is the biggest and therefore easiest thing to reach for in these matters, and so rather than do the right thing and try and watch some content you may not like or agree with to be educated enough on both sides, further strengthening your own position, it really is easier to just spout rhetorical gibberish like what you said in your comment that is easier for like minded people to agree with than for educated people to bother arguing against it. And what do you mean by "essential services"? If you mean police, fire, and EMS, then you should know that income taxes do not pay for those services, but rather property taxes. If you mean social security, welfare, Medicaid and Medicare, then you should know that most of those are separate line items on your tax form and not lumped into the greater income tax moniker.
