Dear Charles, hello its me the very old lady. I tryed your other Coconut Cake recipe and it was a hit at our Senior's neighborhood meeting. I was able to get 1 pc out of that cake. But the other recipe was just wonderful. But this one you have added a few new things and there are more steps, yes? Coconut is my favorite cake. You make it look so easy. At 97 I don't get around that easy, but I love to bake. Charles I want to thank you for encouraging me to eat better. Homemade is always best. When you get my age its just hard to get around, but I just to say thank you so much for your educational videos. I miss cooking and banking like I used too. I am going to try and make this too. Dang Mr. Charlie. You sho did bring back memories. I can remember being a small chile and my auntie Nay-Nay opening the coconut and had my sister and me grate the coconut. She had a sweet hand and all her cakes were done with love. Everything from scratch. I never ever knew what a box cake was bc my family cooked from scratch. The best joy i had was licking the bowl clean. Great memories thanks. I will try it. My auntie also used to make a banana split cheese cake. It wasn't a typical small chees cake but a 2 layered cake cheesecake ,bananas, strawberries, pineapples and home made whip cream. Can you make one. Keep scratching

The frosting is everything, strong fragrance from the frosting and the coconut sprinkle are delightfully beautiful inside my mouth. The cake is tenderly moisture from melting butter, incorporate with meringue frosting are such a great combination. I eat three big slices for a single time. Btw, your humming voice is a climax to me. You knocked over the table in a sudden made me chill for a moment. Such a beautiful guy. Warning: This is how i feel after i eat the coconut cake from his recipe.
