Charlize Theron is just a screen goddess. She could wear a sack and still look incredible. Monster is probably the best performance of any actress in Hollywood ever. It was so real, raw and yet heartbreaking despite playing a serial killer. She has a really good head for what roles interest her in acting and she delivers a captivating performance.

That yellow Galliano dress is so beautiful. I loved John Galliano's style and vision back then. He's still so good but Galliano for Dior will always be the most groundbreaking era and aesthetics for me as well as Tom Ford for Gucci. She had so many good red carpet looks. What a life to be able to wear all these gowns and shoes like a Cindrella. Probably most actresses would say I do not like red carpets but all that glam team. Charlize is what you call a movie star, period, she’s just blown our minds so many times over, method actor but without the pretentious arrogance and douchey behaviour that many resort to (Jared Leto, Shia Labeouf, Marlon Brando). And yet in Mad Max people were blaming her which is ridiculous when you read anything about the behind the scenes stories. But I love that she can go from Tully or Monster complete physical transformations into roles in terms of her body but then also kick ass and be super physical in Atomic Blonde and Mad Max. Even when she’s in movies ppl dont like as much like Prometheus or Snow White she’s still a standout, she’s a real professional. The fact that she was filming Mad Max Fury Road while taking care of a 7 month old baby in Namibia is absolutely crazy. Also you know she’s a kind-hearted person when you learn about what she’s gone through, which I honestly can relate to in a some ways, and the fact she’s been able to actually move on with her life and get through that and be so successful is absolutely inspiring.

I think she looks amazing in warm colors, although she has been styled more in cool colors at these events. Just look how much better she looked in different orange and red outfits, than in that cool pink dress. Also, the silver dress at the Oscars was amazing but I don't think it complimented her skin that much. She would have looked so much better in gold, in my opinion. That's the reason why her tan looked so bad that night, it's because the color of the dress made her skin tone look bad. Gold would have made her skin shine beautifully and her tan would have looked amazing. It's weird that starts who are surrounded by all kinds of stylists, specialists that could give them good advice on this matter, still end up wearing colors that don't really flatter them.
