There is no incarnation of God, the Almighty. The promised Messiah was born by woman as the son of this one true God. Anyone insisting that someone is somehow God simply because he is called “Son of God” is going to run into trouble explaining all the verses in the Bible that call other beings “sons of God.” The phrase, “son of God” was commonly used of angels in the Hebrew Scriptures [see Gen. 6:2; Job 1:6, 2:1 (the phrase in these verses is often translated as “angels,” but the KJV says “sons”), and used of Israel (Exod. 4:22; etc.)]. In the Christian Scriptures, it is used of Christians, those who are born of God (see 1 John 3:1 and 2-occasionally, “sons” gets translated into “children” to be more inclusive, but the original language is clear). A study of Scripture reveals quite clearly that “son of God” does not in any way mean “God.”

@@pricelessperfection4606 Hi, I'm not sure where all that came from and why me but I respectfully disagree with most of what you said. You need to rightly divide the scriptures to properly understand the verses you miss quoted. Where you see reference to Jesus as the Son of God you will see the ''Son'' in upper case. This refers to Jesus the God-Man. Listen to more of Justins

@@pricelessperfection4606 That is a bold statement not knowing all of what I believe. Your insult does tell me there is no reasoning with you. There are no errors in the KJV when it is rightly interpreted. Only error by the interrupter. No one knows it all and we are all still learning. Maybe you can say the same?

The law is good. The law is the measure with which God judges. Whether the law was given to you or not. The law is part of creation. The law distinguishes what is good and what is evil.

Walking by the spirit begins with speaking in tongues. The first occurrence of the outpouring of the gift of holy spirit on the day of Pentecost makes this abundantly clear. Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost [pneuma hagion - holy spirit], and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. They all spoke in tongues, not some of them, and it was the first thing they all did as soon as they were born again. That sets the standard for this administration, the Age of Grace. Everyone who receives the gift of holy spirit in this administration should speak in tongues right away. Speaking in tongues is the foundation to walking by the spirit. It is our spiritual breath. The first time Gentiles were born again, the first thing they did was speak in tongues. Acts 10:45,46 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. When Paul arrived in Ephesus, he found believers who had not been taught about the gift of holy spirit. He taught them the word, and they all spoke in tongues. Not some of them, all of them, and they did it right away. Acts 19:1-7 And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples, He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost [pneuma hagion - holy spirit] since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost [pneuma hagion - holy spirit]. And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism. Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost [pneuma hagion - holy spirit] came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied. And all the men were about twelve. Speaking in tongues is speaking the wonderful works of God. Acts 2:11 Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God. Speaking in tongues is magnifying God. Acts 10:46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. When you speak in tongues, it is your spirit speaking. 1 Corinthians 14:14 For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. Speaking in tongues, therefore, is worshipping God in spirit and in truth, and that's what God wants. John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. If you want to worship God, you must speak in tongues. There is no other way to do it. God isn't interested in our old man, our education, our family heritage, how well spoken we are, or whether or not we use a napkin before taking a sip of water at the dinner table, he's only interested in true worshipers who worship him in spirit and in truth. The Pharisees, the religious leaders were the ones concerned with education, etiquette, and social advancement. God's way and the world's religions are two very different things. Take your pick, but choose wisely. God dwelleth not in temples made with hands, but devil spirits surely do. Never forget, it was the religious church leaders in Christ's day who had him murdered by the Romans. Stay away from patriarchs, and stay out of their devil spirit infested filthy churches. Instead, put your trust in God and learn to walk by the spirit for yourself. Yes, you can do it.

Jim Green. Jesus didn't finish salvation on the cross. What He said was finished, was the prophecies about Him. The Greek tense for "Finished" is "Past tense", whereas the death of Jesus was future tense, Jesus wasn't dead when He said it. At least His death was present tense, But It certainly wasn't past tense. The Bible says Jesus had to go to Hell, "Hades". Acts 2: 27--31, with Lk 16: 23--25. Then Jesus had to be raised so our sins can be forgiven. 1 Cor 15: 17. and we could be justified. Rom 4: 25. So the Bible tells us that salvation wasn't finished on the cross.

@@Phobos1483 On the cross, Jesus died Spiritually and physically, then He went to Hell, "Hades" in our place. Jesus took our sins, sicknesses, poverty, Spiritual death and Hell, So we could be free from sin, [and be the righteousness of God], So we could be free from, sicknesses, poverty, and be made spiritually alive to God and go to Heaven instead of going to Hell.
