I've never been two Twin Peaks you definitely got to try Wingstop Buffalo Wild Wings even Zaxby's has some decent wings from what I hear what you could do to help with back on those if you're using your phone in the restaurant get like a lavalier mic or now they have wireless mics that can Bluetooth to your cell phone that could help block out the background noise.
