Here comes the sun (hopefully).
Being out in the sun is great. We get more active and generate that all important Vitamin D.
It’s important to be safe though and take care of our skin.
Skin cancer is the 17th most common cancer worldwide. It is the 14th most common cancer in men and the 14th most common cancer in women and USA, Germany and UK take the top 3 spots.
(World Cancer Research Fund Intl.)
The good news is it’s easy to prevent and spot. This week Dr William Bird MBE will talk about sun exposure and skin health:
✅ what it is

✅ how to spot damage
So, join us to hear Dr. Bird chat about healthy, protected skin.
