Rice kheer is a traditional North Indian rice pudding made with handful of ingredients..
Ingredients:
1 liter milk
1/2 cup rice
2 tbsp ghee
4-5 green cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
5-6 cloves
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp cashews
1 tbsp charoli seeds
2 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp resin
1/ 3 cup sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup khoya/ mawa
1 tsp kewra water
👉👉( 1. If not using khoya then add 1 cane i.e 400 g of condensed milk, add sugar if require.
👉👉 2. If not using condensed milk then add 1 cup of khoya/ mawa and 3/4 cup of sugar or as require )
