they supposedly used a 3d scanner to make the face mold. I've noticed that even the unpracticed repaints look more like Emma Watson than the factory paint. I think the factory paint is the real issue.

I'm going to a friend's party and we are going to the Disney store and says I can buy something there and I'm able to buy belle because I have enough but sadly not the beast he's to pricey when I looked at the Disney store price.

I don't like that people buy really expensive dolls just to take them apart and turn them into other dolls- if you want to have a hermione doll buy one!

There are very few dolls of Hermione and most of them are hard to find now. Plus those Hermione dolls from the past don't really resemble Emma Watson as much. So that's why people are being very creative with the Belle dolls to make custom Hermione dolls. Besides people can do what they wish with the doll they bought with their money.

i think she does look like Emma, just a weird and ugly version lol (the doll is not ugly but Emma is freaking gorgeous) and i dont like the way they put the hair now. and the beast doll looks cool but the body lol

Paint job wise cinderella doll>belle doll Sculpt wise Belle>cinderella coz cinderella looks like she has botox Dress wise Belle> Cinderella and with that in mind, I am gonna repaint my belle doll hehe

I ordered Belle,I plan to make her into Hermione as well,she shouldn't need a reroot,just hair restyle to look like Hermione. I'll let you know how mine turns out.

JLantisToys Actually Hermione has the same color hair as the doll. Emma's hair is a little darker in real life than it was when she was Hermione though.

Actually, the Project Designer does not give me that kind of info as I am an independant contractor. I was only told my project was for Beauty and the Beast. :-)

I don't like the new head and I think the doll doesn't have to be that (to many freckles) accurate like the live action cinderalla doll! same opinion about the hairstyle :)
