Stir, finally sift the flour and baking powder over the egg yolks and mix for about thirty seconds, then add the egg whites in two stages and stir for 30 seconds each time you add the egg whites, line the bottom of a 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper and put the cake ingredients inside. Pour it, turn on the oven ten minutes before at 180, then put the cake in the oven for 40 minutes to cook.
