Easy DIY Too Case Quick Release for a KLR 650 made with cutting boards.
Solid, affordable, and sturdy

“Pin” bolt: amzn.to/3d8y1gX
You’ll want a circular saw, jig saw, assortment of drill bits, 1/4-20 bolts (, washers, nylon locking nuts, 5 min epoxy, clamps, a case or cases and about 2 hours.
I’m happier than a butcher’s dogs with the results.

Fantabulous!!!! I'm searching for a way to do a quick release from the tubular rack itself with an OEM case that bolts on. Found your video and couldn't stop watching it even though it doesn't apply to my situation. Great video and presentation. Good editing too. Thanks.

They are available at Harbor Freight, they are not the most secure case, but I love the stacking ability they have :)

To improve the quality of the videos: Mount the camera, camera shake is annoying. Stop the heavy breathing, pause and catch your breathe; edit out the pauses. Do the finish sanding/ filing before showing the close up of the cut edges and drilled holes. Otherwise, great concept.
