CREAMY FUSILLI
INGREDIENTS (4 People):
400grs Fusilli (cooked and drained)
1 Cup Single Cream
1/2 cup White Wine (or brandy) optional
1 Small Onion, peeled & chopped
1 Garlic Clove, peeled & chopped
Basil
5-7 large Mushrooms, clean & sliced (optional)
1Tsp Parsley chopped if fresh, or dry parsley
30grs Butter
50grs cheese (grated parmesano but cheddar goes well too)
Salt to taste
I don’t have a big story about this one other than we like it 😁
So do give it a go. You can’t ho wrong. It is cheap, easy and very quick. Add the amount of pasta noted on the ingredients. I wanted to make a big batch and ended adding far too much pasta 😅 so don’t make my same mistake unless you double or trebble the amount of sauce. Make sure it is well seasoned as otherwise this will be a fail.
