I’m in Ohio and the housing market here over the last 7-8 years is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Homes that were bought for $130K in 2015 are now being sold for $590k. I’m talking about tiny, disgusting, poorly built 950 square foot shit boxes in quite mediocre neighborhoods. Then you’ve got Better, average sized homes in nicer neighborhoods that were $300K+ 10 years ago selling for $750k+ now. Wild times.

I can't get over some of the comments people make.. I mean, If you do not like the house, property, or certain things about it, Then don't buy it! Just move along to something you like.. And just so all of you know, Brad didn't build this house, nor does he have anything to do with decorating the houses, he's just doing a video on them. And those star shapes, mean different things to different people.. And Brad happens to by far! My favorite real estate videographer.. Keep up the great work Brad.. I'v seen this video about 4 times, but still find myself watching it again.. Peace!

All the properties that you've shown, this is my favorite one. I would have a grill on both places, that way on a rainy day you can still bbq without having to run over to the other one while getting wet.

I'd make that a year round B&B or vacation house, rent it out to families at great rates so they have enough time to enjoy the property. I'd build my own purely rustic cabin up on the hill. I don't want to live with electric. I'd also build a early American style forge for blacksmithing tools. That would be deeply satisfying to me.

Are we talking a $1,000,000, here??? Lovely cabin, open land and house looks like Colorado. One time I lived in Green MTN Falls, way back in the 1950's. Bears!! One met dad at back door, at night, Dad left in week. Moved to Manitou Springs, down road to civilization. No bears!

All things considered, you are right of course. There are species transplants everywhere that have become invasive and caused havoc in the local eco systems causing natives to go extinct. Must remember this.

Someone who lives there might be a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, or a Freemason. The upside down star has been used to represent many things, the Greeks used it to represent the 5 known planets at the time. Christianity IS NOT the final word on what a symbol represents as many symbols existed long before Christianity did.

Guys, Love the property. The land is outstandingly beautiful. The house is thoughtfully laid out and the interior is something to dream about. Obviously this was supposed to be someone's forever home. Where do you all find all these properties? One jokingly offered comment: anyone who knows what a "lick" is must certainly know Appalachian is correctly pronounced App ah LACH chin - like a LACH on a door.

I So Love this House! I just Love all the Wood! And I saw where someone said; all the wood just eats up the lighting like a sponge! I wish I could be that sponge! Just taking in The Beauty of the soft lighting in this Geirgious home! It would be like my little piece of Heaven here on God's Good Earth! I am Praying to God for some amazing miracle to one day happen for me and my children! I was purposefully separated from them for 20 years! And purposefully made disabled to! I can't stand the city life anymore! I haven't seen the sun, let alone been outside for the past 3 years! I can only Dream of living in a home like this; where I could have my children stay over for holiday's! I haven't had a Holiday with my own Children for over 25 years now!!! Oh Please God! Please! Somewhere out there if Love can see my heart, and how it has been so broken; by some really bad guilty city people with money! Who don't care about God or how they destroyed my life with my children and me! Somewhere out there; if someone would only see! How Happy they could make me and my four children and soon to be second grandchild that I never get to see! Live for once together; Very Happily! For This I Beg Thee!!!
