Love the sincerity. Yeah! Great drive at all. I have one of these Fab CHorus. It respects the drive sound, that still genuine and not too much crazy chorus in high drive. Thats it.

Nothing wrong with those old-school danelectro pedals. I have one of those fab choruses. I ran a chicken salad vibe on my pedalboard for years. Great sounding univibe and can probably pick one up used for almost nothing.

I have a late 90's Danelectro Cool Cat chorus, 18volt, when running on batteries it will boost a tube amp when put in the front of the input chain.

You may not be a shredder, but the lead tone with the OD and the Chorus played together gave me instant, undeniable Zakk Wylde vibes (no pun intended).

This demo is great! Im trying to find a cheap chorus pedal to recreate that tone on STPs Plush, I’m hoping that this pedal can get me close!

Honestly, I don't notice any drop in quality compared to your main channel. It's just less camera angles and you in uncharted territory (cleans and effects), right? I guess what I am trying to say, this is really good and as enjoyable as your "main" content. I wouldn't really change anything for now, to be honest. It's kinda cool to join you on the discovery of new stuff

The debut albums from Rotting Christ (Thy Mighty Contract) & Toxodeth (Mysteries about Life & Death) both sound like they have a touch of chorus on the guitar tones. Great Black & Death Metal music on those releases! Hopefully this more extreme Metal usage of Chorus can lend you some inspiration Kyle! I've heard some more traditional Heavy Metal bands using modulation in their sound but none come to mind at the moment except GRAVEDANGER, who use a pitch shifter effect, a type of modulation, which has a fixed, doubled sound rather than the ebb and flow waviness of chorus

I have one of these and think it’s great for using at home . But it sucks tone when on my board . Does anyone aggree or am I overthinking

If I were the one building that rig, I'd place the chorus (and any other modulations, delays, and reverbs) in the effects loop of the amp. As for the dirt board, I'd put the fuzzes first, then the overdrives (such as the Nobels), and then the Freidman pedal (or any other "preamp" pedals) last before the preamp of the amp. But that's also just me. If we all did the same thing as me, we'd have a bunch of symphonic metalheads who have no idea how to write in a minor key. So take my opinion with enough salt to preserve a whole T-Rex carcass with. (Edit: spelling)

This pedal could be considered "cheap" for the ignorant and who do not know how to appreciate the small but good details, letting themselves be carried away only by the ridiculous in fashion and absurd appearances. These FAB pedals are really great because they offer a good sound, good effects. Vintage is the BEST!

I like this channel but I feel like KB should pull what Garth Brooks did with Chris Gaines and maybe do this channel with like a wig or a beard or maybe if he was a little mustachioed - but not the sus kind of mustache.
