Castor oil on engines is notoriously difficult to remove, so a good test for the various cleaning agents.

Hi Roy love the video, I use screen wash quite often but I add a little elbow grease all purpose degreaser to help. I have been tempted to try one I was told about the other day which is washing powder.

Very Interesting! I use a combination of Simple Green and Mr Clean. It works really well, I seen taryl use just striaght cheap 99 cent dish soap in a glass jar and it comes out excellent. going to try that

you won't need alot of screen wash in just over a cap full and a little bit of fairly liquid

Interesting Roy👍 Petrol works, you need a glass jar to resonate tho and heat helps. I've used that carburettor cleaner you've got at first. But for the last few years I've been using Screwfix 5L container degreaser. Works well but does discolour the metal.

Best thing I found to clean nitro engines is antifreeze and boil them. Do it outside tho as coolant is toxic.

Interesting Roy, not too sure about using the Descaler , but I reckon the safest way that actually Cleans is the Washing Up Liquid .........Also do You still have the Heater turned on whilst the Cleaner is Vibrating or do You turn the Heat off once its reached Temperature ...?

Very interesting.iv been wondering about different stuff to use . Screen wash was interesting. That has rubbing alcohol to stop freezing plus detergent in it I wonder if an extra squirt of detergent in the screen wash may help . Anyway cheers good video.

thinks soak a few hours PRIOR to turning on ...or alternate soak then cycle sonic ....... expecting instant seems unrealistic also OVERLOADING TOO MANY ITEMS pretty sure the combined mass matters
