I got the .3’s and I had quite a significant experiment with them. The control with them is sensational and recognizable as well as it gives better juggling with the ball and it makes you quite faster as I guess and overall I loved them.

I bought the speedportals 2 Friday and played with them yesterday, I really like them a lot. It’s just personal preference I think, passing was great and dribbling was also great in my opinion. Just try them, put them on your feet and give your own opinion.

@@amvrosiosmadouvalos9616 They really are great boots. I had no issues with break-in time at all. If you can i would try to find a pair of the model that has the carbon fiber sole plate in them. I have the black and red ones and its like your wearing socks. They really do have good comfort.

@@imtadaslime I’ve used them as my main pair of boots since I commented this, they are a great pair of boots. My only issue was that over the last few weeks the sole plates have started to rip off the front of the boot. But I think that’s because of the way I took care of them, not because of the actual boots. Would definitely get them if you were considering them.

I found the .2's on the clearance isle in academy sports for only $99 i was so stoked as I could not find a single decent boot in my size in my town under $100. I have wide flat feet theyre not too bad. I only play soccer at my local park by myself for fitness hopefully they will last :)

@@devin_5245 Theyre holding up just fine. My only complaints would be that where the top of the boot creases on your big toe can hurt if youre using them alot. Unless you find them on sale id go for copas instead. or even a speedflow if you can find a pair. my speedflows fit much better for my wide feet than the portals

It's definitely very unique, yeah. It's also very bulky for me, which is sadly a bit of a turn-off compared to the Speedflow. It's comfortable, though! /Jay

Is there a difference of wear between the models ? I train 9 times per week + 1 or 2 games and my shoes lasts generally 6 months, that's too short for me as the season goes from August to May... So is the + model more resistant to wear than the .3 model or are they all the sme in term of degradation ?

Man from my experience no football shoe lasts from August to May because you start pre season then you get to wearing them every Day in training on rainy days in cold, in matches every week .The only boot that lasted for me were messi's f50 2015 the one's that looked like a tiger only them

Recently bought the speed portals with laces. Lovely boot. Only complaint is when hitting volleys or hitting it on the lace it feels hard on the foot. Not much protection on the bridge of the boot. Any type of stud contact from another player hurts like hell

thats something to expect from a speedboot, it's hard to make a boot super light yet have amazing protection. The only boot that does this well right now is the furon v7 pro, or if you're not into laces, the tekela v4 pro. the tekela is about the same weight as speedportal+, while the furon is much lighter. and, they are pretty strong and have a moderate amount of protection

I just bought the Adidas X Speedportal .3 and it grips my foot very nicely. Bought UK size 8. Jay is correct. The heel is a little bulk and you could feel that slightly. I’m due to play tomorrow and will see how it goes. For now, I am wearing them now at home to try the wear feel and it’s actually feel nice. Of course, not sure how it fares on the pitch.

Passing, a striker rarely dribbles and often just has one touches on the ball all the time. Ttleast for me, i am a striker and almost all the time i just touch the bal 1 or 2 times max i rarely dribble

I got wide feet. I wear US10 but got the boot in US9.5. Bought the .1 and they need serious break in and then it feels very comfortable. Over time those uppers will stretch just a bit. For 3 days, about 6 hours, I break in the boots by folding them in half and tying them in that position. Make sure the sides of the boot flap out.

6.5 because your shoes will be ruined way before your feet really grow. You might want to get 1 level higher of shoes because your current shoes are probably strethed and thats why they fit idk

Speedportal .2 is the worst boot I’ve had. The heel is one of the worse due to the lockdown from the heel padding makes it unable to have a complete lockdown and the plastic feel around boot is absolutely trash. My Nike Vapor 13 shits on those boots unfortunately they ripped.

How did they feel when you played a game or trained? I got the .3 with laces to replace my old laceless speedportal .3s. I could not curl the ball at all, but got good feel and lockdown.

@@sohaibi2061 for me, the laceless model has similar grip around my ankle and foot as my old laced boots. im not sure if this is just me, but sometimes laces mess up the trajectory of my shot so i prefer having no laces. for curving the ball, it didnt rly make much of a difference but i felt like i had more control over the ball due to not having laces in the way. but in the end i think it just depends on personal preference.

@@1anshy If you can find a laceless in your size, then it is very good. I liked my old boots for the same reason but I had worn the sole down (TF Sole). I need to try a few more sessions with the laces to see how they compare.
