Cheapest SEMI Wheel Conversion on YouTube? Small issue with the Setup

I wanted to do a quick cost break down of what the wheel and tire setup cost me, and how I went about doing it. The vibration issue I still have a few other things to try out aside from what's in this video, and if any of them work I'll post it up to share what I did. Thanks for watching!

Just a thought. If you were to have had a steel wheel on the inside they are much thinner than aluminum wheels mated together and that would allow for the lip of the adapter to catch the outside aluminum wheel completely and fix your issue if I'm not mistaken.

You can’t mill a steel wheel since they are thinner that would only work if you run a 22.5 tire and not a 22

Look into centering lugs front and back. You only need 3 per wheel it makes a triangle shape. The fronts are shorter then rears. I ran this set up with spacers on 24s and 37s. Also balancing rings are way better then any balancing a shop can do

I'll check it out. I actually found the issue, jacked the rear end up and noticed one tire had a lump, probably out of round from factory, so that's what I was feeling. Waiting on it to get resolved via warranty before posting a video on it. I've not heard of balancing rings, I'll look into them. Thanks

the factory torque spec for these wheels are 500ft lbs but i dont know if those adaptors accommodate for that or not just a little advice

I got mine used, but they are made from a few companies. Dually king industries and wheelsamillion, both make them. I believe these were dually king brand

Did you have to mill down the rims

Do you need a leveling spacer before you put on semi wheels on dually?

A 4wd truck, no. A 2wd truck, I have a 1.5" spacer on that picked up the front end 3". I can't see them fitting without some kind of lift.

Put 4 golf balls inside the tires to balance them they make a regular tool to put on there you can have a bent wheel all so but the cheapest and best way is to use golf balls

Question? What size are the tires and how much did it effect the ride quality?? More aggressive or about the same smoothness??

I have quite a few videos on the issues I went through and the size. But they sucked. Get a top tier tire or avoid this setup.

I don't know the actual shop by name, I contacted a company on FB "Wes Cone Customs" dropped off my wheels/tires and paid him. He did the leg work to get them milled and mounted locally out of Indiana.
