I would've told the judge that I would be requesting an investigation by the state judicial tenure commission to see if she has acted improperly in other divorce cases and made the same kind of rulings in those cases that would prove not only judicial misconduct but also bias based on gender and that she will be lucky if she doesn't get blacklisted for her shenanigans.

When someone is held in contempt of court to coerce payments, the judge is required by law to release you if you state you have no intention of complying. The only "real" part would be the broken legal system. The rest of it is illogical fantasy written by a person who doesn't have the faintest clue about how the law works, banks work (or the laws and regulations they're under), can't keep his story straight (quit his firm job years ago when the kids were born but "hadn't been working there for a few weeks" when the soon-to-be ex called looking for him), apparently the wife didn't notice the garage getting emptied out, etc. Written by a clown. But the court proceedings are probably the realest part. I'm 45 and the number of people I've met through church, work, etc that have been through nightmare court scenarios (I lost a friend of mine back in 2014 who was in his 60s and being forced into bankruptcy due to divorce and alimony from decades ago) is mind-blowing. The courts are no longer part of a legal justice system. It's had its authority co-opted to further the destruction of man, family, and society.
@MrNickPresley6 ай бұрын
@@ObservationofLimitsYeah, seems like he’d have been caught trying to stash the money away at least a few times. The court would be able to go through his finances to see where deposits were made within a certain timeframe, and it would look especially suspicious if the money for all of those accounts he supposedly passed the money through came from his bank account. I’m not an expert in any respect, but even I know that it would leave a huge paper trail that would inevitably lead right back to him, even if he used cash deposits only. And they’d be able to hold him until they found it, since he expressed that he would not comply, and being held in contempt is remedial, not punitive. Plus, he called his wife a “304”, which I don’t think sees much use outside of online spaces.

It is significant to note that when OP acknowledged that not only the judge, but the judicial system blatantly voided the equal justice under the law contract, he was no longer obligated to keep that contract either. While the judge was able to abuse the system in her attempt to enslave OP, he had every right to use every option available to him to free himself from judicial tyranny. He had every right up to and including the elimination his enslavers, but he chose a softer and more effective approach. Since when have the courts established the rights of women to place a statute of limitations on paternal fraud against men? And to eliminate the constitutional rights of a man innocent of any crime in an exchange to protect the unconstitutional rights of innocent children that are not biologically his? In such instances he is just as innocent as the children! Yet, the courts continue to only enforce portions of the marital contract that allows themselves to establish and maintain the power to enslave others, while ignoring the inconvenient parts of fidelity and loyalty that make a marriage what it actually is!

They love to hate on men. Do many average men have it so bad. They are shackled for life. But you never hear of wives being put under similar judicial rulings even when they make more than their husbands. All it takes to mess up your life as a man is to invite a woman into your life and/or put babies in them. Marriage is a scam against men. Stay single, have kids by surr0gacy or marry a non western woman and stay over there.

My experience in divorce court is different. The judge only talks to your lawyer. They will never talk to you directly. When the judge awards her your income, they take it from wage garnishment by court order to your employer. I never got the opportunity to talk to the judge. I could never complain, I could never negotiate anything....... this was in the USA.

You are 100% correct in any case I've ever seen. The only way guys can possibly do anything is if they find out way in advance and start the shuffle. If you came home one day and are served, you can't do a damn thing, its already too late. And you won't be saying a damn thing to the judge. Why men marry in this day and age and involve the government into reallocating their wealth beyond what they already do with taxes, it just hurts my head.

If a judge is so blatantly crooked in their ruling to the point robbing the husband. I swear judges who even try this should honestly be disbarred for such b.s.
@ashyarafanmike6 ай бұрын
That's the one thing that makes me doubt the story. A judge can issue contempt of court but normally that has to be adjudicated by another judge BUT the plausible deniability there is that she was a family court judge and they don't even have to follow the constitution so them not having to have their contempt hearing wouldn't surprise me.
@drive21606 ай бұрын

@@ashyarafanmike , I would make it a federal requirement that family court judges follow the Constitution as well, ans also nullify blatantly racist or sexist legislation, including the legislation that promotes the so-called "majority" or "minority", and LGBTQ+ individuals, as well.

The moral to the story: "What goes around comes around." This is more common than not. The Corporation was created to benefit human assets while equally avoiding the pitfalls of any of liability. Marriage Licence is a Financial Third Party Contract. Love is an emotion. Courts are Contract arbitrators. Its weird how court judges often make decisions on "emotion"? Here's where A.I could possibly be a definite benefit over human Frailties of emotions.
