200ml (7fl oz) double (heavy cream)
300g (10 1/2 oz/1 1/4 cups) thick Greek yoghurt
215g (7 1/2 oz) pitted black cherries (fresh or tinned)
1 tbsp cassis, cherry brandy or kirsch
70g (2 /12 oz/1/3 cup) demerara (raw) sugar

A Lot On Her Plate I have not made it with cherries yet but when I move into my new place I am going to have to make this! I only do dishes like this when I have a hot date and as far as I am concerned all my dates are hot!
