This device is manufactured under a few different brand names. I have one branded "Autool", model BT 360, that operates identically.

I think the positive terminal has a clip on the plastic edge, that holds it to the battery itself

Appreciate your videos. Very helpful. What is your opinion of remanufactured parts (from the guys on your hat)? I have a brake caliper bracket with a frozen slide pin. New is only available from dealer at $550 for the complete caliper. Remanufactured bracket only is about $25. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

You explained a memory-saver that you go inside the vehicle for. Can you message me and let me know how this works? I'm an IT guys so I'm presuming this is something like a configuration or firmware back up? How does that process work inside the car?

I just replaced the battery in my 2019 C-HR and every single error code is still displaying on my dash as well as the power windows not working. I don't have money to mess with the dealer right now. Do you have any suggestions?

My mothers battery died. So we ended up getting a new battery the car turned on fine but her ace stopped working any advice? The ace was working perfectly fine before the battery died.

Yep, my 2018 XLE CH-R is ready for a new battery already - only have 45k miles on it 🙃 Interesting - it is the OEM battery.

Those vehicles in my case is a two and a half year old CHR since new They have a inherit fault they (Toyota)fit a battery not fit for purpose if you leave the car for a day or two the battery only shows 8 amps not enough to crank the engine this is not good enough from a two and half year old battery it requires a stronger battery to be fitted to with a much higher amps I have had the AA last year and now this year the AA man admitted now this was occurring now and on more research this was the case with other Toyotas batteries should last at least 5 years and more with no I’ll affects am very knowledgeable with motor vehicles I have appointment soo be very interested to hear what they say!
