i built something similar i used never rot pvc board for the floor , personally unless you get your wheels and tires for free that's gonna cost a chunk of change you could spend better!

Didn’t we learn not to do this, trying to get set up , after dark, kids crying and wife mad because you had to work late and sat in holiday traffic and nobody’s eaten and oh god why do I bring you people anywhere, then you get a real camper and everything’s fine ( sort of )
