Welcome back. We are getting close to the end of the homes from the Louisville home show. I saved one of the better ones for later, like this bold new home from Champion/Skyline. This is the Millcreek, and is 1368 sq ft with both a front and pack porch. You have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an extra nice walk in shower. This floor plan allows for larger living spaces while not sacrificing on bedroom size.

I like the kitchen and size of the rooms fore sure but I would definitely need some type of storage closets though. To be comfortable. Thnx Nate for the tour! This size home would be perfect for me and my lil boy :)

My only beef is there’s no linen closet. I gotta have a linen closet!

Nice home, I would have them add a linen cabinet in the laundry room and add additional full cabinet on the right side of the refrigerator to maximize storage space. ONLY true disappointment was the location of the water heater.

This home feels a lot larger than 1387 sq ft. I love this configuration for a smaller home.

I think the lack of likes is the lack of viewers. As for myself, it’s because the prices are too high. That’s nothing on you. You can’t help that. I haven’t been tuning in to see what there is for quite some time because we can’t afford any of them. And unfortunately, this will cost you, and the dealers. They have got to bring their prices down to renew interest once again.

I just filmed some new homes on Saturday that believe it or not, prices came down on compared to last time I filmed there about 1 1/2 years ago.
