I feel like they need to let women design homes because women know what other women would like in the bedrooms closet too small there’s no extra bathroom there’s no fireplace. There’s no island and the kitchen looks horrible. I didn’t see a bathtub and what’s up with those tiny windows they make absolutely no sense at all.

Loved the foyer. Didn't like where the dining room is. Loved the kitchen, but I would love to see one with double ovens. Loved, Loved, Loved that there was no carpet. Thank you for your hard work and for sharing.

Cupboard above sink impossible to get to.

When coming in the front door, why is there a wall to walk into. Makes it hard to get larger pieces of furniture in.

I prefer my kitchen facing the back yard and livingroom facing front of home

The den the kitchen shoulda been on the back of the house when you come in through by the bathroom you enter the den. I like only my living room on the front.

Nobody don't won't their kitchen on the front i would have my kitchen on the back.

Nix the tub in Master add linen storage. Stack washer and dryer so a utility sink could be added?

We bought a skyline 32by 76 with a hinged roof. Put it on 5 acres . Best home I've ever had!!😂

Love the rear living rooms, No tubs, shower in both bathrooms, closet in den, finally a great utility room.!

Hi, Nate, you always do a great job and I prefer to watch your videos over the others. I did not like this home. Living is nice but Kitchen not at all and the layout not working for me. I simply don't understand why the concept of a coat closet is non-existent in most homes.

Like the home I would like lighter colors. I think they over did it with cabinets and draws in the kitchen. The bedroom sides was really nice.

Two islands was a turn off. No need to see the rest of the home. Thanks for your time Nate.

The whole home should have been sheet rocked. There is a deficit of coat closet and linen closets and or cabinets. . Master bathroom is nice. The kitchen just needs a little more upp cabinets with all adjustable shelves. The dining area is nice. I'd rather have dry stack stone on the fireplace. Like the additional Den.

Not enough upper cabinets in the kitchen so get rid of the wine rack and stick a nice wide upper cabinet in there plus make all shelves adjustable

Glass top stove and oven slides into the island. Not built in.

Liked the kitchen. Didn't like the fire place or the bookcase. Liked the size of the livingroom. Water heater absolutely needs relocated.

I think with some wooden racks and a different location of the water heater this could be a winner.

The location of the water tank is awkward since it looks like you would have to remove the clothes rack to access the water tank, but I do like the home. No carpet is great. I always have pets and like the homes without carpet. 😊

Hmm, I was on the fence about this one. But at that price, I think it's a hard no. I enjoyed the layout a lot, but everything looked cheaply built. Had the price reflected that it might have went the other way. You have spoiled me with those Kit homes!

The coat rack cheapens the place. Dislikes: raised marriage line, kitchen cabinet finish looks cheap, the wine rack looks like cheap pine wood, fake "fire"place, wire racks, board and bat, ABSOLUTELY HATE the water heater in the master bedroom closet!... Likes: floorplan, the listing price, the "fire"place tile, media room, master bathroom. Can change some of the dislikes but not the marriage line and the dumb placement of the water heater

Nice size bedrooms and like the pantry. Liked the stans alone tub in the Master n ath.

It was a very nice floor plan....the master bath was well lighted and the windows made it look very nice ....thanks for the tour

Nice layout floor plan but I don’t like the bedrooms to be in the living room and i don’t like the laundry room in the kitchen. privacy would be nice!

You hit the nail on the head with this one. It has everything but a walk-in pantry, and with all the cabinets, that's not a big deal. Way to go!!!

I think your confused, there is no island, no tub in master, no fireplace, very poor layout, concerning space available, and what is with the little cabinet that is passthrough? The windows and ceiling is nice in the living room. very disappointed.

I agree with you about the bed in front of the window. It's nice. I'd have the island, I think it's more modern. I'd like different colours for the cabinets and the counter tops

I think the stools and piece of furniture behind the couch is weird. lol
