A vitamina C é degradada em altas temperaturas, mas não toda. e não se decompõe da mesma forma em todas as temperaturas. cozinhe a 80C, o ponto é pasteurização. economizará 50%

Habe ich heute nachgemacht - ist schon ne Menge an Arbeit und mehr Zeitaufwand als ein Gericht im Glas zu kochen. Alleine das Schälen der Apfelsinen - ich weis gar nicht wie die Frau das so problemlos hin bekommt. Es kühlt noch ab, wie es schmeckt eis ich noch nicht.
