Current and voltage are inseperable. The current is flowing because there is a voltage on the wire, and there is a conductive path from that voltage to a lower voltage. @@itsok_kinkar while checking no display issue by running CPU (the processor ,but processor fan not placed upon the processor for few minutes ) then it after few minutes it autoshutdown due to overheat ,so this confirms that bios chip (or program) is fine ??

@@itsok_kinkar tested bios voltages seems to be okey ,but after 1 hour again tried to turn on motherboard but this tome CPU fan didn't not run (without p4 4 pin connection it spins CPU fan ) means vrm section ,then tested vrm section (w/o processor)found one main MOSFET is shorted(AOD452A)

Vcc and Vdd are positive power voltages. Vee and Vss are Negative power voltages or are connected to ground. Vtt is termination voltage.. Vtt is used in some ECL devices. (Edited on 23.12.2021... when you create main supply voltage using transistors only, we call that voltage VCC or voltage collector to collector....
