We had an electrician install a plug for our electric dryer when we moved into our courtyard villa in Hammock at Fenny

On the Villages website, they show courtyard villas to Range from 1935 ft.² to almost 2700 square-foot.. and it also shows you the price ranges.

They will grow fast and look much better. Lots of residents will tear them out and upgrade their landscaping.

I own a courtyard villa purchased in 2022, and over the course of a year we easily put in $8k worth of landscaping upgrades which includes hardscaping in our front and back yards. And you will see similar landscaping enhancements from patio villas on up because The Villages only provides basic landscaping in new homes and this is a new neighborhood in this video.
