@OpinionatedJerk Steve Carell is doing this all as a joke. It's a comedy skit - he's playing the character 'Micheal Scott' from the US comedy series 'The Office'. As for your other comment about violence created by marijuana - the violence that we are seeing is a result of prohibition. If marijuana was a controlled legal substance such as alcohol it wouldn't be controlled by gangs because of the wide availability of it. We saw the same violence when Alcohol was illegal in the 1930s.

@OpinionatedJerk you need to realize that all the negative things you listed to do with Marijuana are directly caused by prohibition. If weed was legal and regulated it wouldn't have shards of razor in it and there wouldn't be any deaths due to this. No gangs would fight each other over it because it would be widely available in stores. Are you for legalization?

He doesn't need to laugh for it to be a joke - if you watch the show a lot of the humor is similar to this - nothing on this video is real. Marijuana has never and will never kill anyone. There are 0 recorded deaths from Marijuana worldwide. It is impossible to overdose on marijuana. Please do some research on the subject.
