Been soooo long since I cheered... this brings back so many memories!

People like 'How can you work with boys that's so awkward'. I'm a flyer and I used to have a base with 4 boys, at first I felt awkward but after a couple hours I felt like they were family. They always caught me when I slipped from a height they helped me become the cheerleader I am today and I must say I miss them 😭💙

Being the base may seem easy but holy shit it hurts the damn wrists.

Omg I just quit cheer and I really miss stunting. It makes me upset. What's more upsetting is I don't miss anything else and now I'm in Colorguard and I love it. I don't even know what to do. I just want to stunt!!!

Im a back spot in stunting and making sure all those stunts go up is not easy

i completely agree cheerleaders are hard-working athletes i hate when people think they only cheer along the sidelines and its just so easy to lift people up. it takes hours and hours of practice along with bruises, concussions and much more this video is AMAZING!!!!

I'm a flyer, and this is NOT easy. It takes a lot of upper body strength and leg strength. I love it, it builds your body as well. Cheering is a sport, just as much as soccer. Great stunts! Loved the video.

cheerleading is no joke ; people think that it is nothing and that what we do are just simple little tricks but they dont know that behind the excitement and beautiful presentations its a matter of life, death or injury. Cheerleading is definetly a sport and its time that it gets the credit that it deserves. The same amount of people that get hurt playing regular sports get hurt dpoing cheerleading maybe even m,ore. CHEERLEADIG REQUIRES HARDWORK AND DETERMINATION, I LOVE THIS SPORT

i agree. ive been cheering since i was in 4th grade and nothing makes me more mad when people tell me tht cheer isnt a sport and tht its so easy bc seriously its not even close to being easy. im a base and a back and i come come with more bruises everyday then i cant count... and its hard, it requires a lot of muscle and strength and work!
