I think the reality that hit Meghan, once she had made that trip down the aisle and the euphoria of the wedding was over and royal work was approaching, was that she would not be the centre of the universe for the RF, that the firm in her opinion was an institution held in the past that had just been waiting for her to arrive to change everything for the better but it was far bigger & more complicated than she understood and that people, lo & behold, were not falling over themselves to be in her aura, eager to hear her wisdom, and be stunned by her vision of the future or to fall into her plans and ideas caused her to really get cheesed off and so she stormed out of the country, the RF and took what she could, Harry & some jewellery and expensive clothes thinking “There, that will teach them all”. Being that she has probably always plotted her course and followed her vision boards she already had things under way in America to set up an alternative Royal Family with her as the recognised Queen. She had bided time then attacked, forging forward, with gullible stupid Harry to bring the ageing Queen into line. To no avail though and I like to imagine that at times she found bringing Harry into line tiresomely exasperating and her irritation with him hard to hide. Her price to pay for plan A then B or until plan C or D or whatever else can be initiated. She will, I believe, remain undaunted by plans going awry as she will just see this as vexing failures belonging to others, not her, and she will plough on with ever changing courses right through to plan Z eventually where she will sail forth as an old lady, distorted by numerous lifts & tucks paid for from the many tax haven investments already secreted away and still tottering on stilettos, still lifting her forward hair pieces back with curled fingers gnarled with age, and still with a plastered toothy smile. She will forever seek the camera lens imagining that she remains God’s gift to royalty and the world. Best to avoid her, ignore her and never let her get under your skin.

I commented about this on The Royal Grift a few months ago. Tom Bower gives the impression that M said this word salad as one long diatribe - It wasn’t. When she said “women don’t need to find their voice” it was worse than you think. I remember seeing this discussion on TV at the time . Prior to M saying this, Catherine had said something about “helping women find their voice” Megamouth jumped in with the contradiction “women don’t need to FIND a voice, they already HAVE a voice “ It was plain rude and meant as, a put down to what Catherine had just said. From then on, M took over and it became the Markle Show. She misunderstood Catherine and William‘s polite silence and good manners for some sort of “Oh Meghan, You know so much more than us, please tell us how it is…” and she went on and on and on spouting cliche after cliche of meaningless virtue signalling tripe. At the time I liked M (very early days) This was the first time I thought badly of her. I thought WHAT THE H#LL? Who does that to a fellow speaker never mind a royal. Never seen the royals do it and would never expect them to do it. It was such bad manners. She seemed oblivious to how rude she was being and how much she was hogging the discussion.
