Clearly, she likes how fun it is to dip and eat. Food tasting isn't just about the flavors, but also the smells, textures, and the appearance of the food. We all eat with our eyes and fingers, before we eat with our mouths.

No, the interior is Nduja, which is a pureed fermented pork stomach & pork shoulder mixed with spices. It's typically eaten raw.

Did you know that an enzyme called rennet is mixed with milk to make cheese. Rennet is produced by calves(baby cow), in their liver which they use to digest milk, it is essentially bile. To put it simply, bile is what causes your vomit to have a distinct pungent smell.
