Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Makes 6 Sandwiches
---Ingredients for Filling:
Boiled Chicken 200 grams
Green bell pepper chopped 2 tbsp
Red bell pepper chopped 2 tbsp
Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp
Kiri cream cheese cubes 2 (optional)
Chili sauce to taste (I used tabasco sauce)
Mayonnaise 2-3 tsp heaped
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ro taste
Red chili flakes to taste
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
---Ingredients for Egg Wash
Eggs 2
Milk 1/4 cup
---Ingredients for Crumb Coating
Bread crumbs
Dried Parsley 2 tsp or chopped coriander 4 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
---Other Ingredients
Bread slices 12
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Oil for spraying
Spray the crumb coated sandwiches with a little oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
