I had insomnia like that and one day instead of going to sleep around 6 am I forced myself to stay up. No sleep but it helped me go to sleep at an earlier time that night and woke up earlier the next day too ❤

I HAVE to have spur cream or crema on all my Mexican food! It just takes it up a notch! This looks absolutely fantastic...and the salad on the side. My grandmother's old recipe for sleep. 6oz of warm lemonade, 2 aspirin mixed in and dissolved followed by 4 Oz warm milk worked for me

Hi Nate. I don’t comment often but I have chronic insomnia & take Melatonin. Not sure what dosage you’re at but increasing your doses may help as well as taking it a few hours before your ready to go to sleep. Like if you wanna go to sleep at 11, take it at 8pm. It can sometimes take a while to start working. Personally 10mg-15mg of melatonin works for me.

I'm trying to wind down and now I'm like what can I make to fill my craving @ 230 am! Momma & u are amazing! Don't feel disgusting...ppls bodies adapt and act differently...it can also be when you're born too and your body zone! It took me a while, but it always comes back

sorry to hear about your sleep problems! min of 2 hrs screen free before going to sleep. if you cannot sleep, get out of bed and walk or stretch (no screens). it should take your body from 2-6 weeks to adapt to a new sleep schedule if you're consistent 7 days a week.

Hey BGA, if you can't sleep tonight, force yourself to stay up, don't go to sleep at 5-6am just stay up. Even if you are dead tired. Force yourself to stay up!! Then by the time 8pm rolls around you will sleep for sure and bam! You'll be back sleeping at night!

Nate, I'm doing the same. Sleep at 4a.m and sleep til 12. Its terrible. I need to get better too. Please give me advice when you figure it out.💋🦋💋🦋💋
