Ingredients
15 oz canned corn, drained
3 tbsp mayonnaise amzn.to/2ZNV8kv
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of black pepper
1/4 medium size onion, finely chopped
1 red chili, finely chopped
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

I am so glad I found you. I love Korean food. I often as a child after school went to the shop across from my dad's store. That lady sold pretty things, but she would be cooking Korean food and would share it with me. Very happy memories of very yummy food. Thank you for being here sharing yummy food I have not had in decades.

This was wonderful! We didn’t have the 🌶 or the right onions & was still so yummy! (For non-dairy: used “Follow your heart” vegan mozzarella shreds and they melt well! + “Earth Balance” butter spread) Much love from Long Beach 💛
