Hi guys! Today we share our Korean corn cheese recipe. It's really easy and simple to make. please try at home!
CORN CHEESE (1 PORTION)
INGREDIENTS:
- CORN 250gr
- BUTTER 1 Tbsp
- MAYONNAISE 2 Tbsp
- CONDENSED MILK 1 Tbsp
- MOZZARELLA CHEESE 50gr
- DRIED PARSLEY
BROIL FOR 5-7 MINUTES (200 DEGREE CELCIUS)

I made this! I added a bit of chopped onion. It is so good! I think that I would like to have this corn cheese on top of a baked potato, and I will try this soon.

Thanks for the recipe. I will be using evaporation milk in the place condense milk this time. But I will also try it with condense milk the next time.

What kind of mayo is it? I know American mayonnaise is different from Japanese mayo for example. Also could this be mixed ahead of time and then grilled with cheese later?

When I make this my mayonnaise separates from the heat I assume? How do I avoid that happening?? X 1:25

What if I dont have oven? Any other way to melt the cheese?

Microwave until the cheese melts or leave it in on the stove and cover it with a lid. You could probably even try melting it with a blow dryer.

you can use sugar instead of condensed milk and maybe cream instead of mayo (or just skip mayo)

Corn cheese is an anju dish, so it's often eaten in bars, bbqs and diners with side dishes, alcohol, and snacks

ur supposed to mix it all together in a bowl and then add it to the pan to cook. also i would never add sweetened condensed milk to corn cheese!!!

This is my version/recipe based on my favourite restaurant in Seoul. The owner told me she used condensed milk to sweeten it up. There is no right/wrong, it's not written in stone. Feel free to follow or not.

Your version is for dessert while other consider it as their side dish. But i prefer this version of yours. Honestly i just cooked it also tonight, i put onion and bell pepper too.
