@@Mrs.Peachthriftyliving Yes, I do that too. My most significant change is not buying fries when I order hamburgers out somewhere. I rarely eat out but never get the fries. Honeybuns with white icing are my downfall. I never buy a box and bring them home. I will pass a convenience store for weeks wanting to buy a honeybun. I tell myself you don't need it. About every 2-3 months, I finally give in. I buy one, eat it, don't feel guilty, and wait again for a few months. Of course, buying it at the convenience store costs more, but it saves me a lot of calories.

@@helencantimagine if you wait that long in between treats you are doing fabulous! I go to tops take off pounds sensibly and we talk about things like that like stop and buy yourself one ice cream are one whatever don't have a bunch of it in the house unless you can handle it it doesn't bother me my ice cream and goodies last for a good little while.It helps to weigh in every week.I hope you're having a wonderful day and God bless you special
