I was really craving Mexican food and it was a Monday, so i decided to celebrate my new national holiday properly. Happy Mexican Food Monday everyone. LET'S EAT!

Hahaha it’s genetical, some have a „Bad“ enamel, some ppl brush their teeth once a day and don’t have. But juices are toxic, sweet drinks, acidic drinks. And brushing teeth after having sweet drinks or sweets is bad. You have to at least wait half an hour to an hour so the Sugar can neutralize.

I never had a cavity... and this has nothing to do with being a dental nurse 😂 I have good enamel.. my brother brushed his teeth twice a day, flosses everyday (I only floss ever third day) and he has a filling on every molar tooth and even an implant 😂😂😂😂 but he drinks a lot of sweet drinks, I usually only drink water.

I've been on a strict diet (AIP paleo) for a year-and-a-half now so I appreciate watching you eat all the Mexican food I can't eat (it's really the best in Southern California).
