Using a good quality pasta that retains it's shape and texture after cooking is important when it comes to making a perfect pasta. In this recipe I will be using Weikfield Elbow pasta to get the right texture and going to give a twist to white sauce pasta. [OTG/CONVECTION INSTRUCTIONS]
Preheat at 200°C for 10 min. Bake for 15-20 min.
[KADHAI/COOKER (no whistle & gasket) INSTRUCTIONS]
Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 25-30 min
[INGREDIENTS]
White Sauce Pasta:
3/4 Cup Weikfield Elbow Pasta
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cheese Slice
Salt as per Taste
1/2 Tsp Pizza/Pasta Seasoning Mix
Dough:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Oregano (Optional)
1 Tsp Powdered Sugar
Salt as per Taste
2 Tsp Oil
2 Tbsp Curd/Yogurt (Dahi)
1/4 Cup Water
Assemble & Garnish:
Little Chilli Flakes
Some Mixed Herbs
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (for 4 Bombs)
