I don't remember where i saw a video but someone recorded a cheetah chasing a gazelle and that male cheetah reached 100km/h in 2.9 seconds and a total of 119km/h at full speed. Can you imagine that animal charging you ?

As fast as the cheetah is, one would still have a hell of a time catching a North American Pronghorn. The speed goat can turn on the sprint like the cheetah, then throttle back and keep going around half speed for another 20 miles. After the sprint the cheetah is done.

By highest hunt success rate they mean every time they charge on a prey, a cheetah has the highest probability of catching that animal. Remember if u r a prey, running is ur only defense and if there's sum1 who can outsmart that, they're ur biggest enemy.

At 3:28 he said the Cheetah can cover an entire football field in a fraction of 3 seconds. Cheetah's top speed is around 110 to 120 km/hour in short burst of time. I felt like Cheetah when I swept at 104 km/hour on my Pulsar 180.
