Born in Sweden, Bengtsson developed a taste for her grandmother's cooking and takes pride in sharing it with those lucky enough to get a seat at her Manhattan restaurant Aquavit.

She needs 3 stars. I have been to a lot of places with 2 and 3 and IMO Aquavit is closer to 3 than 2.

Food and Service industry really gone downhill since COVID. Wages went down, and now owner's are nickel and diming most the staff to death.🤷
