Ingredients:
Gingelly oil - 30 ml
Mustard - 1/4 Tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Sambar onion - 12 no
Onion - 1 no
Chopped garlic - 1 1/2 Tsp
Chopped ginger - 1 Tsp
Tomato - 1/2 no
Cracked pepper (coursed ground) - 2 Tsp
Salt - to taste
Lemon - 1 no
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
Dill leaf - 1 sprig
