Chef Rob is stepping outside of his soulfood box with this recipe. This Asian inspired pasta will delight your tastebuds! I would have never thought that combining peanut butter with pasta would have such a rich and delicious outcome but I was pleasantly surprised!

Sauce:
1 1/2 cups creamy all natural peanut butter
1 cup soy sauce (can be substituted with liquid aminos)
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Chili paste (optional)🌶️
1/2 cup sugar
Pasta:
16 oz package of linguine
3 lbs chicken thighs
2 carrots
1 onion
2 Tbsp minced ginger
