Chef Rob was in the mood for Chinese food and man did he deliver! Everything was simply delicious! This is not a meal ideal for anyone with issues with their blood pressure due to the amount of sodium in the sauces but you can feel free to substitute with liquid aminos.
Gravy:
1 1/2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp of soy sauce sauce
Liquid seasoning
1/2 Tbsp of Better Than Bouillon (chicken flavor)
2 cups of water
Egg Foo Young Patties (makes 7)
9 eggs
1 1/2 cups Bean sprouts
1 cup diced shrimp
1 cup diced chicken
2 cups oil
Fried rice:
1/2 cup scallions
1/2 cup shrimp
2 cups diced chicken
2 cups of diced beef
Soy sauce (to taste)
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
