It’s that time of year when you need a nice, quick option for a hearty meal that’s going to stick to your ribs. This stewed chicken recipe is definitely one for the books!
Chicken:
3 lbs of chicken (wings or thighs)
Kickin’ Chicken seasoning
Complete
Diced peppers (1 red 1 green)
1 diced onion
1 diced carrot
2 Tbsp of minced garlic
1/3 cup of flour
1/2 stick of butter
32 oz. Chicken broth
Succotash:
2-3 cans of whole kernel corn
1 can of diced tomato
2 cups of okra (he used a lot less because we don’t like okra 😁)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Black pepper
