I cooked Chicken Karaage several times, and I usually marinate it for at least an hour in the fridge. Chicken Karaage is double fried to make it more crispy. This recipe is new to me in terms of its ingredients. Thanks for sharing Chef.

Have cooked chicken namban just without mirin and dashi because i cant find in supermarket but i use alternative and its still a very much success.
