TAIWANESE FRIED CHICKEN
2kg chicken breast, pounded
½ cup calamansi juice
½ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tsp. fine black pepper
2 tsp. grated ginger
potato starch, as needed
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsbp. onion powder
2 tbsp. chicken powder
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup oyster sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar

I love Chippay at ang nagdadala doon sa taipei yun pnimpla nila at yun nilalagay nila na seasoning iba talaga. At yun sa taiwan kasama yun buto at flat nila.

Masarap po! Wala lang kaming onion powder, cayenne at chicken powder. Yung cayenne pinalitan po namin ng Korean chili powder at yung chicken powder, Magic Sarap. Salamat Chef 😊
